Pairat Soodthoop, the temple's general manager, reported hearing faint knocking sounds emanating from the coffin. Upon his instruction to open the coffin, the 65-year-old woman was observed to be opening her eyes slightly and making knocking motions from within. Mr. Soodthoop indicated that the knocking appeared to have been occurring for some duration.
